Mario Alvarado was referred by a friend after spending months trying to find a professional, reliable and fairly-priced painter. He completed a full exterior and interior paint project, as well several “special needs,” such as pressure washing the front and back driveway/patio, painted bathroom cabinets and restored a 1960’s fireplace mantle. His crew was friendly and professional. And most importantly they were here on time each day and never rushed their work. After two plus weeks, his crew is leaving. We’re gonna miss having them around. But we are grateful for his teams professionalism and hard work. We are looking for a new home and Mario will be the first and only person I call to help with painting and restoration needs. You can trust this company and it’s crew, bottom line.

Mario and his team are really great. We used them to paint the exterior of our home, and they also made some small repairs to the window casings. They were fast, reasonably priced, and did a terrific job. They showed up on time and worked hard all day. From power washing to the final touches, they paid attention to every detail. Great quality craftsmanship and painting + value! Alvarado Painting did an excellent job on the carpentry work repairing rotten wood. My husband is an architect and is impressed with the quality of their work. The crew also pressure washed and painted our entire house– it was a total transformation! The crew was courteous, hard working, and paid close attention to detail. The clean up when the job was done was also impeccable. Last, but, not least, the bid we received for the work was well below the competition. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

These guys came back multiple times for touchups and extra work that we needed, a pleasure to work with, showed up when they said they would and knocked it out of the park for us. Highly recommended.
